The salon is maintained by a highly skilled salon manager surrounded by a team of stylists who have accumulated a wealth of industry experience to ensure that you are guaranteed complete satisfaction. The salon also serves as a training centre for students studying the art of hairdressing at Bournville College. The trainee stylists go through a rigorous learning process to ensure they are equipped with the skills required to undertake client treatments.
We are also pleased to offer a range of service levels to accommodate your individual requirements from our professional salon team. The salon also offers a loyalty scheme ensuring that our regular clients not only receive the best value for money but recognition for their contribution to the growth and success of Urban Elegance. In addition, we are able to offer a range of hairdressing packages for parties of any size for those special occasions, such as weddings and proms. To complement our tailor made hair services we work closely with Urban Serenity beauty salon (located above Urban Elegance) to create a range of pampering treatments to suit your individual & group needs.
