Motor Vehicle Maintenance
Our state-of-the-art motor vehicle workshops offer students a practical and safe working environment to work on cars, motorbikes or even large goods vehicles.
Whether or not you have any previous motor vehicle knowledge, our team of experienced specialist staff have the knowhow to help you choose the right course. The motor vehicle team specialises in all aspects of repair, maintenance and diagnostic courses.
We offer courses in motorcycle and motorcar repair and maintenance at all levels. In addition our learners have a choice of studying either route at level 1 through to level 3.
We have a variety of vehicles for our learners to work on, which are changed every 4 weeks throughout the year. The comfortable and highly professional workshops allow learners to work at ease on engines, vehicles and other learning resources. In addition, our workshops are fully equipped with all the latest technology.
Our team are skilled in all motor vehicle disciplines that include-HGV-Light vehicle, motorcycles, auto electrics, MOT testing and diagnostics.
As a learner at Bournville College you will have the opportunity to go on trips and take part in other enrichment activities. Our aim is to provide a high quality learning environment helping learners to improve their adroitness.
Our curriculum also offers students already working in the industry to achieve their VCQ qualification in motor vehicle apprenticeships at level 2 and 3. Our assessors are ex-industry experts with years of experience in helping learners work to a high standard of vehicle repair and maintenance.
