How to Apply

Applying to study a programme at Bournville College for International:

Step 1: Choose your course
Read all the college information very carefully, to help you decide whether Bournville College is the right one for you.

Step 2: Application form
Complete the Application Form in full. Please write clearly.
If you are applying for an academic course, or for ESOL followed by an academic
 course, you must also complete the write task.

Send the application form, with copies of your qualifications, to the international Office.

Step 3: Review Application
We will consider your application carefully, as quickly as possible. It can take a little longer during our busy period (June - August).

If we do not wish to offer you a place, we will send you a letter of explanation.

Step 4: Confirmation
If we wish to offer you a place, we will send you an Offer letter

We will tell you how to pay the deposit to confirm your place.

Step 5: Acceptance Letter
After we receive your deposit, we will send you an Acceptance letter.

You need this letter when you apply for your student visa.

We will send you a Pre-Arrival Pack, containing information about:

Applying for visa
Living in the UK
Travelling to Birmginham
Meet & Greet Serivce


Step 6: Accommodation
If you want host family accommodation, send us the Accommodation Form at least 10 days before.
