Careers and Employment, Information Advice and Guidance  

The College has its own careers advisory service, staffed by experienced and qualified staff including careers advisers, employment advisers and connexions personal advisers. Appointments and drop in sessions are available on a daily basis throughout the year for students wanting advice on their options when they’ve completed their courses or support in applying for jobs or to university.

If you are thinking of doing a course at Bournville and would like careers advice to help you decide on the best option for you, the careers team can help. You can call 0121 483 1119. The careers team are also available at college open days, choice and admissions events and at enrolment to help you decide on the course and career that is best for you. If you are uncertain which career would suit you, you can complete Adult Directions - an online careers programme that identifies the areas of work you like and dislike, and recommends careers you would enjoy.
