Q: Can the training be delivered at my workplace?
A: We are able to offer training at the college, workplace or external venues. The team are flexible and adaptable to your business needs.
Q: How much will I have to pay?
A: The cost of training will depend on the type of training package required. We always aim to provide a cost effective solution and advise of potential funding options available to your organisation.
Q: How long will it take to organise the training?
A: We aim to organise training within a two week timescale. However we are responsive to your business needs and shorter time frames are negotiable. If you require a bespoke training package please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: Will candidates receive an accredited qualification at the end of training?
A: We offer a number of accredited and non-accredited training packages. All candidates receive a Bournville College certificate upon completion of the programme.
Q: How long are your programmes?
A: This is totally dependant upon your requirements and time frames are always negotiable. In the past, we provided training ranging from one day to five weeks.
Q: What support is available for clients once they have secured employment?
A: In order to ensure a successful transition into work we offer in work mentoring and on-going support utilising our extensive college resources.
Q: How much employer involvement is required?
A: The team will organise an appointment in order to discuss you training needs. We then encourage employer involvement at the initial assessment stage and once this has been completed, leave the rest to us.
Q: What support is available for candidates with learning difficulties and / or disabilities?
A: We have a dedicated Assessment and Support Team that arrange individual support packages for learners with learning difficulties and / or disabilities.
