Business Growth Workshops
These one day Business Growth Workshops have been specifically designed to complement our Business Growth Academy – a high level business development programme – and provide business owners with a more flexible and easily digestible opportunity to further develop the growth of your business.
The workshops offered by Bournville College in partnership with Incisive Edge provide employers with the chance to gain expert knowledge – focusing specifically on the areas stated below.
Our one day workshops are ideal for those responsible at the most senior levels for Marketing & Sales, Revenue and Social Media. That often includes owner managers, company directors, as well as those in senior management and leadership positions.
By the end of the session, the participants will be equipped with the means to improve and drive your business forward through:
- adapting working practices to get the most from the business
– Thursday 26th April 2012 - aligning your marketing strategy with your business objectives
– Thursday 31st May 2012 - increasing digital and commercial performance of your business
– Thursday 28th June 2012
In addition, each participant will be able to work with the advisors to the Worldwide Head of Sales for Microsoft.
