Public Sector Solutions

Bournville College has an excellent relationship with public sector clients and a strong track record of successfully delivering training to employees in the sector to help meet their strategic aims. The College works with a broad range of public sector employers, including the NHS, West Midlands Police, Birmingham City Council and other local councils.

Our approach is to develop a true partnership with clients in order to help them move forward with their training needs and objectives, helping with access to any available funding, assisting with the recruitment of new apprentices to bring through the next generation of public service workers and working together to develop and deliver training that achieves genuine impact for the employer and employee alike.
