Bournville College understands the complexity of the training needs of our large corporate, blue chip clients and is proud to offer a professional and responsive service to meet these requirements.

The Business Development Team has a dedicated team of Business Development Managers and Advisors who will meet with clients and discuss their needs in detail, encompassing the whole range of skills for employees at all levels within the organisation, from short unaccredited courses, through a wide range of accredited vocational and academic qualifications and up to a choice of higher education programmes.

We understand that no two businesses will ever have the same needs and as such offer a consultative bespoke service through which you can inform the writing of a complete programme of training specific to your needs.

In developing your solution we will investigate any available funding that you may be able to access to help meet the cost of the training and will deliver all training at a time and location to suit you.

SMEs
Bournville College understands the complexity of the training needs of small to medium sized companies, particularly when there is a need to provide quality training for staff within a limited budget.

There are several European Social Fund (ESF) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded projects that offer funding to small to medium sized organisations and their employees (and occasionally to voluntary workers) towards the costs of training which is customised to meet specific business needs.
