How we work?
The first thing we do is listen and work out with you what is needed. Our starting point will always be ‘what you need’ rather than ‘what we have’. We then go on to explore the training needs, whether of an individual or a company wide review. Then, and only then, we can start to have a conversation about whether it’s a short sharp burst of specific training you need or whether you’d like to see recognised qualifications spreading across your organisation.
At this point we will present our recommended solution and subject to your approval, start to plan for the delivery. Soon our expert tutors will be working with your people – at your place, in college or even on-line. But we’ll still very much keep in touch with you. We’ll want to review progress and perhaps tweak things a little, making sure you get the very best value for your training budget.
