Apprenticeship information for Employers

Apprenticeships are designed to meet the needs of your business. This means that apprenticeship training is always relevant and it is tailored to the needs of your sector, by people who genuinely understand what you do.

By offering apprenticeships you will find it easier to recruit and retain the right people. On-the-job training will be arranged for your employee and they will be supported to learn in the workplace. Apprenticeships last between one and three years dependent on which programme your employee undertakes.

During the event we have a guest speaker discussing how young people have helped grow, market and support their business. We will also have current and previous apprentices to discuss their time on the scheme and answer any questions you may have.
