That is why Bournville College is organised around your needs and is staffed by trainers who are qualified and experienced practitioners in their subject areas. Our Business Development Team forms the vital link between business, trade organisations, funding bodies and the College.

We can help you to train existing staff to ensure they have the skills needed to drive your business forward in challenging economic times, as well as assisting you in finding the next generation of employees through the expanding Apprenticeship scheme. We can also help you recruit new staff equipped with the skills you need through our highly successful pre-employment training programmes delivered by our Integrated Employability and Skills Team.

With the College’s forthcoming move to Longbridge in September 2011, we are already working with local and national organisations to develop long term partnerships. Opportunities are vast and can be tailored to your needs.

The College has been recognised for its excellent employer engagement practices by being awarded the Training Quality Standard. This means you can rely on us to learn to understand your business and help you find the right training solution for your staff that will deliver genuine business impact.

In the Ofsted Inspection report 2011, it was commented that ‘Partnership work is outstanding. Productive partnerships enable the college to be highly responsive to the needs of its community and employers’.
