Meetings, away-days, conferences, brainstorming sessions, and impromptu get-togethers among staff, inter-departmental talks are the kind of situations most people encounter at work on an on-going basis.
A leader’s role is to provide the objective eye and to help people focus and get things done.

The Team Facilitation short course can be delivered on-site at our campus in Longbridge, Birmingham or at any organisation in the West Midlands.
The introduction of processes and techniques which advocate best-practice in making the most out of meetings, and getting things done.
Attendees will acquire the practical skills-sets to help them facilitate effectively in a series of different contexts.
College certificate of attendance.
There are no formal entry requirements.
£600 (maximum 20 delegates) delivery either at place-of-work or Bournville College.
There is no fee remission on short courses and workshops
