Team Building and Motivation

Team Building and Motivation is a one day course.
Introduction
By the end of the training course, delegates will be able to:
- Improve collective team performance and motivation
- Understand the role of the team leadership
- Understand the need for team goals and objectives
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Professionals who are currently responsible for building and motivating teams or professionals who are eager to embrace these responsibilities in future roles.
Team Building and Motivation is taught from our campus in Longbridge, the location of the campus provides our students with great transport links to Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove and other surrounding areas.

COURSE OUTCOMES
Delegates will acquire the practical skills-sets to help them build and motivate teams, whilst gaining an understanding of the fundamentals that underpin these processes.

Tutor assessment.
Qualification Gained
College certificate of attendance.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.
COST
£600 (maximum 20 delegates) delivery either at place-of-work or Bournville College.
There is no fee remission on short courses and workshops
