Introduction
Latte Art:
Great coffee should not only taste great, but look great. If you’re looking for a fun and exciting way to impress your families, friends or work colleagues, look no further than Latte Art.
Latte Art involves the pouring of steamed milk into a shot of espresso to produce a pattern or design on the surface of the resulting latte. Furthermore, Latte Art can also be created by simply "drawing" in the top layer of foam.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Experienced baristas to domestic coffee-drinkers will benefit from this innovative and fun course. Latte Art is taught from our campus in Longbridge, due the location of the campus the following areas have strong public transport links; Birmingham, Warwick, Solihull, Stratford Upon Avon, Coventry and other surrounding areas.

- The importance of the milk – discover about the scientific relationship between foam and milk, and its significance
- Free pouring techniques & skills – give you the confidence to perform like an experienced barista
