Quote: Bournville College enabled me to grow professionally, but also personally. I used to think you only get one chance in your life and when I had to leave the army I thought that was it. I soon realised that you can change your future. My motto is: Accept what you cannot change, but change what you cannot accept. The highlight of my time at Bournville College was the launch event of Birmingham Regional FEAST Centre where I had an opportunity to cook for Prue Leith, a famous TV cook and Jeanette Orrey, dinner lady behind Jamie Oliver.
