Quote: I always wanted to work with people but wasn’t sure about which role that would entail. Through the apprenticeship I found a new direction. If you are practical and like to learn through experience then an apprenticeship is for you. Don’t be fooled by its name though – you’ll still have to work hard to achieve your results. I am now studying at Birmingham City University while still being employed by HoBtPCT. When I complete the course, I will have a job to return to.
